I went to get my haircut at the Lafayette location. I chose the first available stylist and boy did I get lucky! Elisha is great! She has steady hands, great communication and is very friendly. I get a bald high and tight. Some stylist don’t like providing this haircut because it takes longer and the more people in the chair, the more money you make. This didn’t seem a priority to her as she wants to make you, the customer, happy. I highly recommend visiting her. She works hard to provide for her family and it shows. Great person, great haircut and great atmosphere. I will be back and asking for Elisha.

Waited twice my wait time while there are 2 stylists in the back doing who knows what and 1 stylist actually doing her job. One of the stylist finished someone’s hair and has just disappeared for the last 45 min while 2 of us are waiting in the waiting room. I even checked in online with a 45 min wait, sitting here at an hour and 45 min and still nothing. Not even a hello when I walked in the door.

I have been going to this sport clips location for a while and have had my hair cut by several of the stylist there, they have made notes about how to cut my hair, but I always show them pictures of how I would like it to look, I’ve always left feeling great! today I received a not so great haircut, I asked for a taper and to trim the dead ends off the top I basically got a mix between a military cut and a chilli bowl. From the very beginning I could tell that the lady was new and not confident of her ability as her hands seemed to be shaking (probably from nervousness) and she kept asking the other busy stylist for help and thankfully one lady tried to show her to use scissors and a comb instead of clippers, but her response was that takes forever, she also said that she recently graduated beauty school and “they dont prepare you for that” still not sure what she was referring too. it was a huge disappointment to say the least. I will say the lady was polite and thanked me for my patience, which is honestly the only

For my first time going to Sport Clips I was genuinely surprised on how great the customer service was. My barber Jessica was really nice and made me feel very comfortable throughout my whole hair cut session. My haircut was spectacular and the best haircut I’ve gotten yet. I would definitely recommend coming here for a haircut!

The app for check in is helpful, but the typical 1-2 hour wait is not. So, checked in on app, waited my 70 min or so, went in to find 3 stylists, all busy. Waited another 5-10 min, got a great cut and wash. Two complaints…..have to plan now for a haircut. Walking in is out of the question. And the price. My cut/wash/dry/gel is like 15-20 min. For almost $30. Can’t do that much longer.
