I used my app to book online. When I arrived I was told that I needed to use my phone number to check in. After I did, I noticed that my status did not change. I waited a little before trying again. After going through the process again, it created a new booking for me. I told one of the stylists, then I realized that I had forgotten to update the app with my new number. I used my old number, but it still didn’t work. I updated my number and tried again. The status never updated. When the stylist that was helping me asked for help, another stylist told her to clear out one of the bookings. They didn’t. When my online booking finally went “on deck” both of the stylists that tried to help me skipped over me and went to the next checked person. How can the two people that tried to help me, skip over me, knowing I was there??? Finally, the next available hair stylist called for me. I explained what happened and she said that it does happen some times. She was very friendly and did a great job. If not for Ms. Leah, I would have rated the experience much lower.

To start my review, I want to preface this with I am usually pretty lenite or merciful towards haircuts because I am a pretty relaxed guy. But I just received a haircut from Haley at Sports Clips on Sleater Kinney Rd and I am appalled at the quality of work that was displayed. I asked for a medium fade and only 1/4″ taken off the top. I ended up with a very high fade and at least 1/2″ (almost 3/4″) off the top. My fade (if you can even call it a fade) was so high, there was no hair to part at the top. What was most upsetting was how uneven my sideburns were cut. One was cut at the middle of the ear and the other was cut at the top of the ear and the cuts were not even close to parallel. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized how uneven the back of my neck was cut too. I will never return to this location and would never recommend these people to a friend, especially Haley. 0/5 stars.

Got my son’s hair cut asked for a tapered up fade and to trim the top down. Never in his 11 years of life has he had such a bad hair cut. Clear visible lines from size changing no blending at all. Long hairs left hanging around his ears, patches everywhere. Tried saying my son’s hair is thick NEVER has his hair been thick. He has very thin hair. I had to take him home and buzz it all down to a size 1 to make it look decent and it’s so annoying right before the holidays too. He had a great full long head of hair as a starting point now he looks like I’m sending him to the military. 10/10 would never recommend.

He’s really nice and probably doesn’t want to hurt someone’s feelings, but he absolutely shouldn’t have paid for this. No part of this is even a mediocre fade or a somewhat decent haircut. All Sports Clips are amazing and if I go anywhere to get my haircut, it’s going to be one of their locations. I’m back in the area after having been gone seven years and was very much in need of a good haircut. Mindy did an amazing job cutting my hair. She was also very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Without a doubt, Mindy did an amazing job and I will make sure to go back and ask for her the next time I go in.
