Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityOne of the stylist was very unprofessional and slow. When I entered she ignored the customer she was helping at the desk and ask me if I had a reservation. I felt that was very rude to the customer she was helping. Then when she called my name for my haircut she didn’t look at me at all and just fiddled with her computer screen and told me what chair to go sit in. Then it took her forever to cut my hair, and even at the end she still didn’t do it right. All I asked for was for a medium fade with finger length on top. It took her 30min to finish, which the longest I’ve ever sat in the chair for this type of haircut was 15min. She also forgot to do my bangs. I did want to do the whole MVP experience, but basted on my initial experience with her I decided it was not in my best interest. That particular hair stylist should either go back to school or find another profession. One of the stylist was very unprofessional and slow. When I entered she ignored the customer she was helping at the desk and ask me if I had a reservation. I felt that was very rude to the customer she was helping. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI give all the praise to Sara, I had bad Covid hair that had been made even worse by another cut earlier in the day from another place, and needed to be fixed for an interview. Even though they were closing soon, she asked lots of questions to make sure she knew exactly what I needed done, and took great care to explain what she could do for me, letting me check often to see if there were any issues. I doubt she would have let me left if I wasn’t happy with the haircut! I give all the praise to Sara, I had bad Covid hair that had been made even worse by another cut earlier in the day from another place, and needed to be fixed for an interview. Even though they were closing soon, she asked lots of questions to make sure she knew exactly what I needed done, and took great care to explain what she could do for me, letting me check often to see if there were any issues.
