Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWalked in at 5 pm on a Saturday, when they close at 5:30. Was asked if I had an appointment, said no, and was told they weren’t going to cut my hair and that they open again at 11 am the next day. Pretty positive the guy with the funky hair color just wanted to go home instead of making money. Walked in at 5 pm on a Saturday, when they close at 5:30. Was asked if I had an appointment, said no, and was told they weren’t going to cut my hair and that they open again at 11 am the next day. Pretty positive the guy with the funky hair color just wanted to go home instead of making money. Obviously would’ve tipped knowing it was late on a Saturday but apparently your hair dressers don’t like to work. WON’T BE BACK

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI went online to check in and was told it was an 11 min wait. Got to the location 10 mins later and see my name on the board and it now says 41 min wait. Also has 3 names in front of my name on the list and the 2 stylist working both had new clients in their chairs. I go to sport clips all the time and have never had this issue except 1 other time at this exact location. My guess is that both of the clients in the chair were walk ins that they took out of order. What’s the point of having online check in if your not going to follow it? I get that it’s just an estimate but my 11 min wait turned into a 35 min wait due to you wanting to go out of order. No way that it was an 11 min wait with 5 people in front of me in line. Have never had this issue with the other locations so going forward I will just make sure to go to other locations. I went online to check in and was told it was an 11 min wait. Got to the location 10 mins later and see my name on the board and it now says 41 min wait. He was so excited, o well… Took my boys hand to leave and got offered coupons, which I refused. Bad reminder for my kids first experience. Oh man, I ran across an ad that reminded me that my little one got cut in line for his first haircut after “someone important came in for a hair cut” and the old man didn’t care. He was so excited, o well… Took my boys hand to leave and got offered coupons, which I refused. Bad reminder for my kids first experience. Hate ads from them, wish to turn off.

The staff are very rude and do an awful job. Yesterday he went in by himself and when he got back, I thought he didn’t end up getting a haircut since his hair looked exactly the same except for a two inch spot above his forehead where it was inexplicably cut short. He said he still gave the guy a $5 tip which is >20% and the guy told my 16-yea- old that was not enough. WTH. I wish I could get all of my money back, especially the tip. My son has gone here a few times for hair cuts and they have all been awful experiences. He has gone back only because it is the most convenient to our house. The staff are very rude and do an awful job. Yesterday he went in by himself and when he got back, I thought he didn’t end up getting a haircut since his hair looked exactly the same except for a two inch spot above his forehead where it was inexplicably cut short.
