Took my son yesterday for a haircut. He had very long hair (below shoulders) I called to make sure that they would be able to scissor cut his hair and not just buzz or chop it all off. They said yes everyone here is capable of it. He showed them a picture of a shaggy surfer haircut. Well, his hair is not even remotely close to what he asked for. It’s about 2 inches long all the way around with no shape whatsoever, he left in tears and is now embarrassed about his hair.The stylist should have been upfront in telling us she can’t do that kind of style or had someone else do the cut. We will not be back

Staff on June 6 decided they do not need the business and can just close whenever they feel like. Even an hour early and turn away two of my sons haircuts. Lame. They said we should have reserved with an “app”. The sign on the door “no appointments nessesscary” is contary to that! Do better Sport Clips, Do better! May need to start avoiding chains all together and support true local Mom and Pops. We have been To Waldorf Sport Clips countless times and Laplata as well. Might need to find a barber that appreciates the business and would stay open regardless to satisfy the customers.

I took my son a few weeks ago to get a hair cut for pictures. The haircut was ok but not exactly what I was looking. But I do have to say my son is 2 and he had to sit on my lap for him to even let someone cut his hair so this may be a reason it didn’t come out exactly as I wanted. I can say also that the barber there she was amazing with my son and made him feel comfortable the whole time! Customer service here is definitely usually on point!

Used to really like this location – stylists were friendly, attentive to guests, and did a great job. Current staff acts like they are avoiding customers, especially kids. We are sitting here right now and there was no wait when we arrived…my son has been “on deck” for 40 minutes now. While I realize the time posting is an estimate, the staff seems to be finding lots of other work to do instead of serving the growing line of customers now seated around us. We have come here for years but I think this is our last trip. Very disappointing

I should not have to explain in detail and have the hairstylist correct my hair 3 times before I get out of the chair. For a medium skin fade, a very common men’s haircut.
