Made an appointment online, 30 minutes away. Says come at 9:56. Arriving at 9:51. Wait time on the board is 28 mins. How? Apparently my stylist finished earlier and took a walk in! So wrong and unfair. I couldn’t wait cause I had stuff to do. I had good relationship with Danielle, but being so careless with regular customer.. Honestly I don’t get it. Got a haircut at another place and found myself a new stylist.

Horrible experience. First off my son did not like his haircut. It was the hairstylists first day though so I guess we can’t fault her for that. The part that I really didn’t like was when I signed in at the front to check in it said if it was your first time you get 50% off the $34 mvp haircut. However, when I went to pay a manager named “Tina” came up and would not honor it and basically called me a liar saying that it doesn’t say that anywhere. It clearly states it when you type in your phone number for the first time but she wouldn’t go back to first screen so I could show her. That is False Advertisement! Honestly I’m not worried about the $17 discount but it was just the principle that I was treated so disrespectfully. Never plan on returning here again.

Wait times are ridiculous- especially when there were only 2 people waiting to get their haircut, my son and another man. We were second in line and waited 45 minutes – haircut took 30 minutes – 1 hour and 15 minutes for a boy’s basic cut?! They were so slow – no other customers walked in during the 1 hour and 15 minutes. There were 2 stylsits but only one was cutting and I’m not sure what the other one was doing but it was obvious they did not care how long we waited or if we received reasonable service. The stylist was only nice when I was about to pay- I tipped her 10% because I “felt obligated”. I am sure they are paid by the hour but they will never earn good tips if they do not provide better service. Lazy, lazy, lazy! I can not imagine they will stay in business much longer and they lost my business so they will be even slower than they are currently. Eventually, they will have no business.

First time going here and I had a great experience. I got the MVP service and it was nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the person who was cutting my hair, but I’m sure I’d recognize her when I go down there again. Nice atmosphere too.

I’m not sure how you can be in business as a men’s haircut place if you can’t do a fade. My hair cutter couldn’t figure it out and had to get a second person to try to fix the abomination she called a haircut. I’m posting this while waiting at a barber shop to try and fix what these people did to my hair. Stay far away from Sports clips.

Worst haircut I’ve had in a while. They rush you out because they rely on tips. The robust, heavy breathing, girl messed my hair up on purpose. She had to of. There’s no way she could be that bad at cutting hair. There were so many missed spots and she left a big patch of hair near my temple.
