My poor kiddos hair got butchered (in my opinion). Solution when my husband had to take him back? Either shave it or comb it to the other side (there was a chunk missing). The stylist was apologetic and tried to fix it, but it still didn’t look good to me when he came home. A refund should have been given in this case.

I’ve been getting my haircut at this location for a couple of years now (ever since I moved to Kyle in mid-2019). Every time I’ve gone to this location, I’ve had average or slightly above average hair cuts; that was up until my most recent 3 visits. The last 3 times I’ve visited this location my hair cuts and experiences have been amazing, by chance I’ve been paired with Mariah as my stylist and it has completely raised my bar of expectation for how I get my hair cuts and the interactions I have with the stylist. I’ve been really busy with life recently so some time has passed between my last visit and she was completely empathic and very engaging in multiple life topics (unlike other stylists I’ve experienced there in the past). I look forward to getting my hair cut again by her and hopefully she can bless the rest of the business with her standards of professionalism and empathy. Thank you Mariah!
