Sport Clips Haircuts of Knoxville – Hardin Valley Road

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI have never been to Sports Clips before and I was out so I thought why not try it. First off, I’m not a complex hair cut, #4 on the back and sides, trim it to be even, cut and thin the top. Easy peasy, so I thought. I had to tell her 3 times how I wanted my hair cut, should’ve left after the second time I told her, but I didn’t, my mistake. She didn’t use a 4 guard, maybe a 5 but not a 4 by any means. She then soaked my head with her spray bottle of water, to the point I had water going down my back. Now, here is where I could tell she wasn’t paying attention. I comb my hair with a part in the middle. I came in that way. She decides to cut it while it is all combed over to my right. So it was not even at all. All I got that day was a very bad hair cut but she tried to charge me for the top end package, $25, all I got was a haircut, $17. But the kicker was, I don’t put any product in my hair, never have. She starts putting this gel and I tell her to stop, but she does it anyway. I don’t like that stuff in my hair, so I had to run home and completely wash all that out of my hair so I could go to another place, GREAT CLIPS, and get it fixed. I have never been to Sports Clips before and I was out so I thought why not try it. First off, I’m not a complex hair cut, #4 on the back and sides, trim it to be even, cut and thin the top. Bad cuts, long lines, overpriced, and etc…But then I came here and now have been for a while thanks to Melissa! She gets me in the chair as soon as she can since I walk in most times, and always gets my haircut spot on!
