My Grandson, and I where in a hurry yesterday on Saturday 11-19-22 at 1:30 PM I had to be at a meeting at 2:00 PM I ask knowing it was impossible request, can y’all knock out Two (2) Hair Cuts and they got it done with no questions asked. Amazing Service!! We are new to the Killeen area, and my self, my son, and my Two (2) grandchildren will being getting our Hair cut there every Four (4) weeks. This type of people, and service dose not exist anymore. The corporation or owner needs know what kind of outstanding people they have employed about it. Outstanding service. Best I have experienced in a very long time.

So I went to a different hair place near Sports clips and the girl did a horrible job. I asked for her to retouch my hair because I didn’t like it so she did and it was still horrible! So I went to Sports Clips and not only was there GREAT customer service but the girl named Roxy did an AMAZING job at fixing it. My wife loved it and so did I. Definitely going there again.

Scalp has itched for the last 6 hours after leaving the store. The haircut was not bad, but the individual did not know where any of the materials were, or how the trimmers were used in the shop and was asking her coworker next to me how to cut my hair with the store’s clippers. I lost all confidence in that store at that point. Charged us 20+ for my cut, and $20+ for each of the kids. I have used Sport Clips for over 5 years, won’t go back to this one. Haircuts were okay, but not worth the $.

Been coming here for over 3 years now, 90 percent of the time I get a great haircut but the few times I’ve gotten a bad haircut was by the manager. Luckily she hasn’t been cutting hair lately but this last time i went in she was there and yelling in the waiting room at one of the other employees. Wasn’t being mean or anything, she was just super loud and unprofessional. She was talking about some past customers and was cursing in front of everyone, it was really loud, annoying, and unprofessional.

They had 3 workers in their cutting 3 peoples hair and told me it was going to be 30minutes. I said ok and sat down 10 minutes later 1 lady finished and started cleaning, before she finished cleaning another lady finished. 5 mins after the last lady finished they both disappeared in the back for over 40 minutes before i just left.
