Came in and sat for 30 minutes. Waited 20 minutes after the District manager finished a hair cut for someone who checked in online and was not in the store walked in after they had waited 20 extra minutes to let them go. We’ll while 2 other customer sat inside waiting.

I took my almost 2 year old son who HATES haircuts here yesterday for a much needed trim. The check in process was quick and easy. Shayla (I apologize if my spelling is incorrect) was our stylist and she was beyond awesome! My son screamed for about 90% of the time but she was so sweet and understanding. She also did a great job cutting his hair despite his resistance. She did a better job and had more patience than the expensive kid’s specific salons. 10/10 recommend!
