You should expect the stylist to skip over you for people that show up or had appointments after you. I’ve been going here a long time. However, the last few times I have been here I have had the same experience. I will not return. This last time happened Tuesday night June 1st. I checked in at 4:20. The app told me to he there at 5:40, which i did. I gave up at 6:20 after several people were called before me that showed up after me. The waiting board showed me is being ” on Deck ” yet twice the hairdresser’s chose someone else who’s time said 5 minutes or larger over me. What’s the point of an online reservation? I got to the store 10 minutes before my time. I was ‘on deck’ then got bumped 25 minutes for another guy. Earlier in the day I left for the shop on another reservation, and when I got there it was going to be an additional 30 minute wait. Neither time was I acknowledged or greeted when I came in. No more.

Awesome experience here. The young lady with the red hair was my stylist, so I can only speak for her work. She took her time, but wasnt slow, asked me questions, listened when i explained what i prefer. Even made last minute changes for me. The conversation alone was worth the charge. Well, we chose a stylist we haven’t used before bc we forgot the name of our favorite! Tracy did a great job and my 10 year old son loved it bc she asked HIM (instead of the one paying the bill) if he’d like to have a VIP treatment…I looked over and saw him getting a massage and my masked jaw dropped. Great haircut! Very pleased but the add-on was unexpected.
