I told the hair stylist to cut off the cowlick on the back of my son’s head. I figured that he would make it look good and even. Sadly, It looks like there is a weird chunk cut out of the back right side. When I was paying, the stylist asked if I wanted him to fix it, but I said no because we had to get going. I appreciate that he offered to fix it, but I expected that he would have made it look good in the first place, before being finished.

Drove from the west side of Madison to Janesville only to be told they were full and didn’t have any spots open. Told them I called and they verified I was on the list but stated they were still full and didn’t see me. I asked why they would tell me they had availability, have me drive all the way, only to be turned away. When I told them I drove from Madison they didn’t care and basically said too bad, didn’t apologize, or give a reason why they didn’t say that in the first place on the phone.
