They were friendly so I wish I didn’t have to write this but I asked for a certain haircut and showed her 2 photos and ended up with something not even remotely close. And it’s not symmetrical. First 2 photos are what I showed her and the last one is the back of my head. She kept saying she was going to cut it differently so it will look ok if I don’t style it but I didn’t want that I wanted it cut like the photos. That’s why I found them in the first place. I don’t understand why she just didn’t cut it the way I asked her to. So frustrating.

I have been to this location multiple times. On the more expensive side for a hair cut but if you add the hot towel, shampoo, conditioner, and ending shoulder massage, it is a nice treat for yourself occasionally. The barber was friendly and engaged in conversation with me. The hair cut was done well and she took time to make sure my fade was well blended. I prefer to go on Saturdays because there is a much less wait time as opposed to Sundays. I had a good experience and will be returning.

Never been to this location. I checked in online with Des because I saw she was the stylist of the month. I did this because having been to previous sports clips locations I knew checking in online would allow me to skip the wait in store. I also knew that because I had picked Des as my barber I would have to wait until she was available. I knew that meant that other people who had picked “first available” would get ahead of the line before me.

Today, 8/15/32, I left Sport Clips, 1092 Hampton Inn Way #300 Jacksonville NC, without a haircut and extremely angry. I checked in on my mobile phone, for a specific stylist, prior to 3pm and arrived at that location at 3:10pm, checked in at the register about 3:15. At 3:32 I received a text that my stylist was estimated to be ready in 15 minutes and at 3:51 I received a text letting me know I was on deck and next in line. I will keep this text for a while if anyone is interested in receiving it. 5 minutes later, my requested stylist comes out and grabs another customer and I quickly tell her I am leaving. I have already been waiting 40 minutes!! She said she was sorry that she had to follow what was on the screen. I look up and it shows 28 minutes for me! It just read ON DECK!!! I told her about my text but she didn’t ask to see it or offer for me to speak with a manager. I left!!!! Today your online system failed you majorly, you lost a devoted customer and the stylist lost a client. I was only going for her to do my hair and it’s a shame I won’t have her doing my hair again. Sorry, won’t be coming back!!

Had Shelby and she is definitely something else and that’s not a bad thing. From first greet to the end she was a delight and a joy to have cutting my hair. She represents the establishment and company well and would definitely come back. Had a great experience for being from out of town and highly suggest.
