Schedule with a specific person “TY” and waited 93 minutes for this SPECIFIC person and by the time “TY” called my sons name she handed us off to someone else without even asking if that was okay with us, which it wasn’t. Extremely unprofessional and a very rude move. If I wanted any available person to cut his hair I could have waited 30 minutes instead of 93 for NO REASON. Never again! Say this to say DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH TY, she will make you wait and then hand you off after the long wait. Schedule with Summer a professional!

Arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time with my son and I to get haircuts. After being sent a text that I was on deck, I looked to see that I was now 21 minutes away and my son 22. And that was already 20 minutes past our appointment time. Won’t be back.

My son needed a haircut. I got online, found them easy. Setup an account easily, then picked the stylist with the name that sounded right for his hair. That’s actually how I picked. I was given an arrival time, arrived at that time. Sat in the half full waiting area. Plenty if elbow room available for the amount of people waiting. Just a few minutes passed our requested time, the stylist called him back. She proceeded to cut that God forsaken “man bun” clean off. Oh, I tell you I cried tears of joy as it hit the floor where it belonged. The stylist then did even more great work and had him looking like a respectable young man in about 15 min. She spoke with him and curved the nerves of my young son. He was so nervous I had trouble not embarrassing him. The price was not bad and I had no problem tipping for a great job. Even mom liked it, that is a major goal right there. It’s a small business with big t.v.s and a comfortable atmosphere. The stylist interacted great with the customers made up of teen aged young men. I had eyes onmy son the entire time and he truly enjoyed the conversation with his stylist. She even had him smiling when she finished up his hair cut. If you have a son you know how hard those are to pull out sometimes. Good haircut does a lot for young man’s mood. We will be back in just a short time.

Good haircut but their are several problems. One their is not enough stylist. You shouldn’t have to wait two hours for a haircut. Second you need a bathroom open especially if you have to wait two hours. Even gas station have their bathroom open. Other than that I had a good hairstylist. Hairstyling
