Tracie was very rude. I got a haircut from someone new and told him something that I wanted to be fixed. Tracie intervened and tried to fix it. But she was very rude and emotional in trying to fix the issue. She didn’t fix the issue and was like “fixing this issue will make another issue” in a very rude and emotional manner. It was obvious that she didn’t like that I took issue with something. But why would I pay for a haircut if I can’t ask the hairdresser to fix something that I didn’t like about the haircut? Try to go other Sport Clips branches. I haven’t had issues with them so far.
