This was an amazing haircut experience. Because it was my first time they upgraded me to the MVP experience for free. That’s where you not only get your haircut but you get the shampoo, scalp massage, the hot towel and the shoulder massage. The atmosphere was awesome ESPN was playing on screens everywhere, the stylist was very nice and friendly and did a great job on my hair. They also allow you to check in online so you don’t have to wait when you show up. This was absolutely the most fun haircut experience I’ve ever had.

Dissapointed I booked online, showed up at 625pm and I was rushed in and rushed out and did not appreciate that, and then was going to be charged for a $ 30 MVP cut I didn’t receive. My son and I have been going to this location for a long time, just dissapointed, as my stylus started zipping and zapping before I could tell her not to raise my back neck line but trim it. Ughhhhh maybe time to look for another place. Dissapointed.

Very disappointed with this sports clips. I’ve been to 5 other locations and always had a great experience. Was on a tight schedule. They gave me an time estimate. Then they pulled two ahead of me. After it was my time, several of them stood around the cash register and discussed won had left wet towels in the sink and who should have to make more hot towels and then went into the back room while I sat there for another 20 mins before getting up and leaving. Will take my business elsewhere. Very frustrating when people are waiting to hold social hour.

Absolute best customer service I have ever received! The staff is more inviting than the people who yell “welcome to moes!” My conversation with my stylist/barber was so good I hadn’t even realized she was done cutting my hair, she also did an amazing job with my hair and I couldn’t be happier with it. I would highly recommend the MVP for anyone with a large amount of hair. I’d come back next week if it were necessary. If you are in the Matthews area, a trip to Indian trail location would definitely be worth the drive.

Great girls working here. Sweet, personable, caring, and makes me feel like one special customer. Great prices and the stylists that I consider are expert beauty experts. Not only with women but I watch the men who have services done while I’m there, and are treated so well and like kings. They really care and every expert I have had shows they are proud of their work and proud to help all customers. Great prices and perks with services to. Their hair care products–tea products they use and sell are out of this world and are top of line products. Men and women need to try these girls out. I love them!
