I will not be coming back after I was charged extra to have my hair cut short like I want on the sides. I get a basic high and tight military hair cut. Nothing fancy. You would think paying 25.00 you would get your hair cut the way you asked. Spoke to management and they said they are charging extra for this for a while. I said I’ve been getting my hair cut here for a while and never once been charged extra to have my hair cut short on my sides. I’m not impressed with being taken advantage of as a military veteran and definitely won’t be coming back. I’ve never been charged extra to have my hair cut shorter. Also felt like I was a bother to have my hair cut by the lady today. She totally messed my beard up and I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. For a almost 35.00 haircut this is ridiculous

Asked for a basic trim for shoulder length men’s hair to accommodate wearing a hat. Three of the employees struggled to figure out how to do it and then proceeded to do it an a way I’ve never seen before which will need to grow out before it looks right. I’ve had it cut several other places without issue but collectively no one in the shop could figure it out. Was going to have them trim my son’s hair but lost all trust in them. I Won’t go back.

Definitely I have heard the nepotism and the misconduct and unprofessional behavior that has happened. I never leave Google reviews but I feel like I have to warn others not to come here. I can officially say I have a haircut horror story. The only reason I came here was because I recieved a free coupon in the mail. When I arrived, I realized that it was a primarily male oriented place but when I asked, a worker told me that they do cut women’s hair too. So I signed in and then ended up waiting 2 hours for a haircut! When I finally got called back I presented my free haircut coupon and asked again if she was willing to cut my hair (since I’m a woman with long hair) and she said yes. All I wanted was a few inches cut off, a straight cut. The stylist didn’t listen at all. She cut off so much of my hair that it’s barely touching my shoulders now…not to mention that she chopped up the front into so many big, uneven chunks that it’s honestly just hideous. I tried to ask her to fix it a few times and she just chopped off way more and made it even worse. Not to mention that she made me, the customer, feel like such an inconvenience to her. She kept mentioning how long it was taking and how she was going to have to charge me for it…even though the whole reason I came here was for a free haircut. And I understand that it’s generally a male audience, so that’s why I asked when I arrived AND when I was brought back and no one mentioned extra charges to me…so I left with a hideous haircut that I’m embarrassed to go in public with (and it’s going to take forever to grow my hair out to where I wanted it cut to in the first place) and ended up paying “extra length fees” which ended up costing just as much as a normal haircut. So I didn’t even save money which is the whole reason I drove all the way here and sacrificed 2 hours of my day. I am beyond upset.
