I have been coming to the store for a couple of years now and this will be the last time that I go to the store. I asked for my sons haircut with # three clip and a fade. The results were not good they cut his hair with a # three but with no fade and it was not repairable. Therefore I asked for a refund where they couldn’t give me a refund. How is this possible for a franchise not be able to give a refund. The most humiliating of my experience was with one of the stylist. While I was complaining about my sons haircut one of the stylist started pointing at me to her co-workers insinuating that I was only there for a free haircut, That my sons haircut looks fine. Why would a customer try to get a get a free haircut after coming to the same store for two years? This one stylist who pointed at me needs some serious customer service skills.
