First and last time customer. Signed up on app, was supposed to be upgraded to MVP for free. Not really sure what that meant, but needed as cut. The cut alone cost $26. I looked at what Sports Clips was all about and with MVP I was supposed to get a head shampoo massage, a hot towel and a back and shoulders massage. Never offered any of that, although i paid for it. Complained to manager and all the offered was a free upgrade. I said like the free upgrade from the app. Plus i was charged so services i did not receive. Stay away!

Kids cut was done horribly, no blending and choppy at the top, no shampoo after. My son was disappointed as was I. Have been here once before had a great experience. I will look into a different stylist if we decide to come back.Wish I would’ve spoke up but didn’t want to cause a scene. Kids’ cuts

Ok, in the end. Had to wait about 25 min, but as a walk in, can’t really complain about the wait. My stylist was alright i guess, though she had quite a bit of inexplicable trouble understanding what I wanted despite my attempts to explain my preferences several times. Even resorted to showing her a picture TWICE, thinking it would be easier for her to understand, but nope – she more or less dismissed it, suggesting that “it seemed like I didn’t know what I wanted” (LOL, WTH??). Didn’t know what else to say, so I shut up about it, since at this point I had run out of explanations, and patience. In the end, she was able to pull off the haircut for the most part, at least the general overall look, but I later noticed unevenness of the cut with it being higher on one side compared to the other. Oh well.

I went there near the end of the day, about 30 minutes before closing. The people were nice, polite, and gave me a pretty nice lookin haircut for my friends wedding. They even helped me choose the perfect stuff to style my hair without making it all stiff and gross.

I have now had my hair cut here 6 times. I have had 5 different persons cut my hair. I have been experimenting with my look the last 3 visits and been pleased with the results. On my fifth visit, I saw a customer leaving with a hair style I thought I wanted to try. I asked that customer who had served him and asked that person to do the same thing for me. I was very pleased that I got exactly what I asked for. However, my wife made a few suggestions for my latest haircut. I had pictures on my phone of the last result, which I showed to this stylist and explained the changes my wife wanted to see this time. Again, I got exactly what I asked for and I and my wife were both very happy with the results. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong at this Sport Clips.

My husband checked in and called 1 hour ahead of time today as he always does. He gets there checks in and is next in line. The girl gets done with her customer, walks up to the front, I see my name go off the list and she goes back to her station and starts sweeping her area and everyone else’s area. All the while I’m thinking I’m her next customer. Someone else comes in with a small child doesn’t know what they’re doing she walks up to help them and looks at the list and says you’re next in line so, come on back. At that moment I’m very upset and I stand up and I tell her that she just took my name off the list and I was the next in line. Not only does she not apologize to the customer and send him back up front to check in properly, but the gentleman also doesn’t acknowledge what I said. People are Surly rude but this girl does say to me well let me put you back on the list and what do you know I’ve got a 38 minute wait. At this point I am outraged because I checked in an hour 20 minutes ago and now she wants me to have to wait 38 minutes and no one else in the place acknowledges the problem that she’s caused either. There’s so many other better Sports Clips around that are better, don’t bother with this one there are one hot mess.
