Great experience. Have to check in online because wait is almost always over 2 hours. Very expensive. $28 for haircut + shampoo. Love watching the sports that are always on. Minimum default tip is $7, which is kind of excessive. Would give 5 star if the haircut were just a bit cheaper, like $24.

Signed in online. Got to the store and checked in. Was next in line according to there system. One other person in store with a 51 minute wait. Watched the lady go up and get on the computer remove his name and call him up. Won’t be back.

Got “in line” this morning at 10am ish. 430 minute wait. Kept checking it all day to see where I was in line. Looked at it 20 min ago (4pm) thinking it’s about time to head over there. Nope. They just dropped me on the app. I Called to see what happened. They just said they didn’t have me “in line.” What a waste of time checking it for over 6 hours just to be dropped.

Iv gotten my hair cut here multiple times. They cut it just as I desired and it seems to be fairly priced. They have an easy sign up system and also some great options for messages and hair washing.
