I haven’t been in for a cut in almost a month. There were two people checked in online ahead of me, but I was the only person up. Waited two minutes. Got someone that’s never cut my hair before, but they have all the notes from past haircuts on file and I can get the same haircut everytime I get a cut! I love it.

I don’t post reviews but this place really struck a nerve. Usually when I get my haircut there it’s never what I want exactly but it also isn’t terrible. However, this last time I asked for a taper fade, I got the fade but I was really high and wasn’t blended at all, it was a rush job and an overall bad haircut, if I’m paying so much money for a haircut it better at least be good, but God forbid that the staff there can give you something you ask for. I’m writing this review to save other people’s time from this place.

I have had my hair cut here several times and it is usually a decent haircut, so they do get that part of the job right. My last time there, I waited about 30 minutes and was coming close to being On Deck. A few people signed up behind me. Then a man walked in and said he had signed up online, but he was not on the list. The person working said, no problem, we will just put you after William?, who happened to be On Deck. So essentially the list is useless, you just need to walk in and say you belong higher on the list. When I objected, there response was to let the man go after me, but that missed the point and still put him in front of people who were properly on the list and waiting. I left and went somewhere else, no need for me to wait on a list that doesn’t mean anything. There are plenty of other places in my areas that give just as good a haircut.

Kind and helpful.Price wise it’s affordable if you get the simple cuts 15$-30$ but begin to rise as you use their MVP $40-60$ (BEFORE TAX) it is I also not really quick to be seen even when you check in online before hand could still get a 30min wait time and the stylist you choose might not even be there.
