This was the first time I used Sportclips. I really appreciated how organized the online check-in process works. They continually let you know how long it’s going to be and when you should arrive. They have a “scoreboard” in the waiting area which tells you what position you are on the list. Crystal did my haircut, best cut I have had in a long while. Be sure and ask for the MVP offering!

Signed in with an 11 minute wait for a stylist. Arrived to be on deck and they reset my 4 year old to a 40 minute wait . Needless to say, we opted for another stylist when one became available 20 minutes later. We normally have a great experience but the new system is a little crazy. We miss his old stylist who moved as his cut today left a weird angel on his bang hairline but we will spike it until it grows back, overall though a good cut. To add to the fun the computer system failed and didn’t accept credit cards which is what I had to pay and added to the wait, with my thankfully very patient child. They are taking necessary COVID precautions!

Gigi was great. Super professional, really talented. Only reason for 1 star review is they are never open. Today is Wednesday and they are closed. We have been trying to book again with Gigi but either closed or about to close. People work and to close at 5pm on weekdays is ridiculous but that’s them. Haircut

I took my 8 year old grandson yesterday to get a haircut to Sports Clip for the first time in Holly Springs. And, I am so thankful Crystal was the stylist to do his hair. She is soooooo wonderful. My grandson was so comfortable with her. I say this because he has a problem with noises too close to his head. She understood that and treated him so gently, told him step by step what she was going to do..I totally will return and hopefully have Crystal as the stylist….Great place. Thank you Crystal….

This place never opens on time, I get haircuts in the morning because my nights and afternoons are hectic. They claim to open at 10 am and even let you get in line as early as 10 am, but every time I’m stuck waiting until some time after 11 before they even open up for business.
