The lady with the blonde curly hair straight LOPPED my boyfriends hair off. It was almost to his butt and which took years and a lot of patience to grow. I showed her a picture of a viking braid with just the sides shaved telling her that’s what we wanted. She grabbed his ponytail and started hacking away at it. I stopped her when I noticed what she was doing but it was too late. She was already half way through the ponytail. We had her cut the rest off and we just got home to shave his head. Never EVER again will go to this place. That lady is terrible.
