This was my first time at a sport clips location. I will never get my haircut anywhere else! But far, the best men’s haircut experience I’ve ever experienced! Whitni was my stylist. She actually listened to me when describing how I would like my hair to look. She nailed it 100! I wanted to see what the MVP experience was all about and geez louize it made my day! And not one to post my thoughts online and review businesses but I felt it necessary to do so after this unique haircut experience! It’s like a spa day for a dude!

I checked in and was given a 70+ minute wait time. That was fine. 30 minutes before my suggested arrivial time I got a text saying my stylist would be ready in 15 mins. I blasted out to the store. When I arrived my stylist Witney was cleaning up her station, she took a phone call and disappeared. The board said my wait was 27 mins. This was an appointment for 3 customers with 1 stylist At that point 3 of the 4 stylists went away content to make us wait. We left, and went to the newly renovated store on Retail drive. This move saved me 30 mins. They took us right away.

The worst place ever. The employees won’t greet you they would just hide inside somewhere for hours nobody is available at the service area. Made us wait for more than 2 hours after our wait time. They did not blow away the hair on the neck or on shoulders even there were hair on my kids face. They are only concerned about the tip That’s it!!!
