Walked in at 6:30pm was signing in on the front desk sign in screen and the lady says where closed?? There’s literally like 3 or 4 employees there one customer in the chair and I get the most basic cut you can get takes no time to do it and I said this makes the second time this has happened the lady has the nerve to tell me well you should get off work earlier then are you freaking kidding me saying that to a customer??? I’m a regular customer been going here for a few years now but I definitely will not be going back.

Took my 3 yo son in for a haircut, was a little nervous being it was his first & he had curly hair down to his butt.. let me tell you!!! Brittany was THE BEST with him. She was patient, sweet & took as long as she needed for him to feel comfortable, not to mention, she done an amazing job! She will definitely be his barber from now on!

Only way to know you’re getting your moneys worth is to specify Brittany as your stylist when you check in. I didn’t because the guy ahead of me had an hour and 45 minute wait. Why so long? 2/3rds of the people coming in are asking for Brittany. There were three other stylists. They were taking 2-3 people in the same amomt of time it took Brittany to cut one person’s hair. She takes time to speak to her client and make sure she is cutting that person’s hair the way they want it. My stylist asked me one time, I said to leave most of the length on top. So, she just doesn’t cut the top at all. When I get home where I can get a mirror and get real close to it, I’m shocked, She barely took anything off one side. So, I got twice as much hair on one side of my head compared to the the other side. I have to get out my trimmers and even it out a little bit myself. The prices have doubled in the past year. She never handed me a mirror so I could check it before I left. Took her five minutes. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TWO HOURS TO WAIT FOR BRITTANY.

I came in around 630 pm on a Wednesday. They close at 7pm. There were 3 people in front of me with 2 stylists. 2 in the chairs already. Brittany looked at me and said what do you need sir? Please check in. I did ….waited for ,20 minutes….not a problem due to traffic. I was taken in the chair at 655pm. Brittany was not in a hurry and took the time to listen to my requests. She noticed that I had always got the MVP. She asked if I would like that. I said yes only if you have time. I don’ want to take away from your family life. She said….no problem. I’m sure she had many other things to do but Brittany stayed and gave me the MVP and did not rush through it. I left at 730pm. Best hair cut …wash…and scalp massage ever. Brittany stayed after hours to be sure I was taken care of. You guys need to clone her at every location. She is absolutely the best of the best. I’ll be coming back again next time to Brittany. And by the way as a semi old guy eyebrows seem to become an issue. Brittany noticed this and trimmed them even though I didn’t ask. She asked and I said yes thank you…..not many stylists have that foresight to ask. This is what makes Brittany the best at her craft. Thank you Ma’am. You gave me a great hair cut experience.

There was a nice woman (sorry didn’t get her name) that helped me get logged into the computer since I was struggling. The computer was working properly and I thought it was something I did. No sooner than I finished logging in Ms. Pauline was directing me to her station. She was very nice and polite. We had a great conversation while she cut my hair. Took me to the wash station with the massage chair and hot towel face treatment. Then back to her station for a dry and style. Showed me the end result and took me to the front and showed me the products she used on my hair. Which I did buy when I don’t normally from other places that have cut my hair. Overall a very nice experience which I have not gotten at other places. I will definitely recommend and will definitely go back for next cut. My brother had recommend this place to me as he knows I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere. I really enjoyed my first ever visit to the location on Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson, NC. Everyone greeted me upon entering. There was a nice woman (sorry didn’t get her name) that helped me get logged into the computer since I was struggling. The computer was working properly and I thought it was something I did. My visit was 9/11/21. I checked in online and arrived at 5:30. I hated to make an appointment so close to closing, but the staff was happy and attentive. I got the MVP with shampoo and hot towel. Would definitely go back again. Also, tip the stylists if they did a good job. It means a lot to these people and let’s them know they are appreciated.
