Looking for a childs hair cut? Run. Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My child moves because he is a child. The stylist named Heidi made a nasty comment about hoping she didn’t cut herself. Then proceeded to give my child such a bad hair cut that I am currently working on an appointment with a different salon. When I called the store to let them know what had just happened I was blown off. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Gallain location. Better customer service, and stylists who won’t butcher your child.

I cannot say enough about the service I receive at Sports Clips. My stylist, Erin, is amazing! Her energy and amazing personality, attention to detail and the way she actually cares about providing a great experience are second to none. We discuss options for my style based on the time of year, trends and what she feels my hair can achieve with products, after I leave the shop. I can honestly say that since Erin has been my stylist, I have never left upset or unhappy in any way.

I checkin in online around 11:30am, I was given a 50 minute wait online. No big deal. However the wait a experienced inside the sports clips after the 50minute arrival time was another 40minutes. Stylists didn’t seem to care about how long the wait was not keep frustrated looking customers at bay.

I’ve always thought SportClips was not for me, but yes! It is! It’s a little more expensive from the other places, but man the haircut is worth it. At this Hendersonville location, Erin is an actual godsend. She listens, and applies her considerable skill to her craft. I love my hair after it’s been under her blades. It looks good, it smells good, and I’m relaxed from their MVP treatment. Love this Hendersonville SportClips!

I checked in online and chose Amy because she was A star stylist. I was notified that I should report to the store as I was “on deck”, so I did. I then sat there for over 30 min as I watched Amy finish the guy in front of me and then disappear for 25 min! She saw me sitting there while she checked her previous client out. The rest of the stylists saw me sitting there. No one apologized or mentioned my wait. Why did my online check in time not reflect the additional 25 min instead of telling me to hurry up and get to the store while Amy disappeared? One stylist had three clients in the time I just sat there. Horrible customer service!!

Love everyone there especially Mariah and Dana. But who ever that new manager is. She can go. I’ve been coming here for 5+ years from seeing Talina to Tawanna and a few others but have been coming to see Mariah for a couple years now and some of the things the new manager said and did was out of line and made me just wanna walk out. Mariah probably just lost one of her favorite customers because of this girl. Love this location and the hospitality from everyone. This girl doesn’t fit in. Sorry.
