Been here a handful of times for my son. He has sensory processing issues, and is incredibly sensitive to haircuts. The first couple times were okay, but this time Sierra was absolutely amazing. She was unbelievably reassuring, validating, and patient. She verbally checked in with him to see if he needed breaks, she explained what she was doing, and if he said he needed a break, she put her tools down and stepped away while still engaging him in conversation. My mind is totally blown. She is going to be our go to girl for him from now on. I was almost in tears from how fantastic she was! Thank you

I don’t get a lot of Haircuts, Usually I just let my hair grow out a lot, but I decided it was time. I made a Online Check in @ Sports Clips in Hazel Dell which is about a mile from my house. Only about a 10 minute wait and the experience was awesome. Lindsey was my Stylist and she was very friendly and Efficient and Personable. I got the MVP treatment for no extra charge for being a first time customer. I highly recommend the experience of getting your Hair cut here. I will 100% for sure be back. Awesome all around on everything.

Really disappointed with this location.. I checked in online and came at the suggest time. When I arrived, I was no longer on the waitlist because it had checked me off for some reason. The stylists did recognize that I was on the waiting (already been waiting an hour and half) and decided to recheck me in at the bottom of the waitlist… Needless to say I’m not happy. I’ve been waiting almost 3 hours for a hair cut. They should of done the right thing and put me back in on the list where I was. Knowing it was a system issue (because they recognized texts having been going out ). Rather than, making me wait through the list twice. Needless to say, I will not be coming back. Don’t come here if you don’t want to waste half your day.

The fact that you can sit at home and just check in to the store as soon as it opens. Then come in and cut in front of people that actually came in to the store first is absolutely absurd. There should be a way to make it so no one cuts in front of anyone that is physically in the store waiting to get their hair cut. It seems to me that half of the people that “check in” online don’t even show when it is their time. So as a customer you have to just sit and wait in the lobby and hope no one comes in and cuts in front of you. Also it is bad for business seeing an hour wait time will just turn people away and as a company you will miss out on customers plus now that I have been cut in front of I will never get another hair cut from sports clips as a company. Good job!

I come in for the free neck trims but I always give a tip for their time. Very friendly stylists! Especially the one that was able to squeeze me in today (I wish I would have asked her name) I greatly appreciated that!!

The ladies are nice, cuts somewhat on target, but the whole SportsClips system is unreliable. Can’t trust the app, stores may or may not be on schedule, basically just can’t depend in this company to work with a schedule of a busy person.

They do it right. They’re quick if you need a cut in a pinch. They’ll talk to you if you feel like talking but also don’t if you want a cut in silence. I love the online check-in too. If you have a little extra time, opt-in for the VIP, the scalp massage feels AMAZING!
