My son used it for the first time. The wait time was extreme checked in online , the hair stylist requested had to service all others prior appointment prior to your appointment. My sons hair was not blended in the back or side it was very noticeable. Try to get him to go back to have it fixed but he said no. Prior to the visit I called yo ask if they stylist were barber trained was told yes all were .I seem to me it per my son hair they were not. Very disappointed ☹️

I walked in to get a basic haircut which I was told online they could do for women. After checking in and getting an ETA on my wait the young lady behind the counter asking the service was for me. “Yes and I would like a shampoo too.” She looked at me rudely and said we can do it but we specialize in men’s so you probably want to go elsewhere. I couldn’t believe she was turning my business away. All I wanted was 2 inches cut off which is a basic cut. I looked at her and said well if you can’t do a basic cut I will take my business elsewhere and not come back. So if you want a haircut go to SMARTSTYLE HAIR SALON! They did a great job and was very professional.

I needed a haircut for an event this past weekend and my barber was out of town. I went here for a mens high fade and it was the worst haircut I have ever received. I walked out looking like Bert the Muppet on Sesame Street and literally had to shave my head when I got home…I still paid for the haircut and considered it a lesson learned but I wish she would’ve been honest in her abilities to save me the embarrassment of having to shave my head.

Pretty great place. Although i just wish the prices were a bit less expensive. The basic haircut is a little over 20 bucks but for a little more , you get a great haircut, a comfortable hair wash and back massage with its mvp package for a little under 30 dollars. Still a bit pricey but i can live with it.

Great haircut. The limited time ice wrap is awesome when it’s hot out. They put you in a massage chair and do the wrap while washing your hair and massaging your head. Worth every penny. Felt like a new man,thanks y’all.

Love this place. The manager, Ashley, is absolutely amazing. She gives the best cuts and runs the place like an all-star. As long as she is at the helm I will be getting my hair cut at this location. Update: I continue to use this location for every haircut.
