The lady’s they had today were not nice very rude! The asked what kind of haircut I wanted for my son and I told them and showed them pictures and I still did not get what we came for she cut all my sons hair off and that what not what I asked for definitely not worth coming! Average haircut place with hidden fees. The staff was really friendly and talkative, but but the haircut was mediocre. It looked like he was trying to get done fast. He charged an extra $5 for using the -0- clip ($10 if my son would’ve wanted -00-), but it’s still cheaper than many barbershops today. My son was not happy with the hairdo. Luckily hair grows back. But we’ll only return if it’s a last minute thing like today.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!In town from LA for business, for the Firestone Grand Prix Monterey Bay. I was excited to find a Sports Clips in the area. I used to love the service offered by the Dover, Delaware location on the east coast. After leaving Monterey, I checked in online at 4:55pm on a Saturday. For some reason I was checked out at 5:00pm. I arrived at this store’s location at 5:09pm to find all the lights off, and the store closed. It states that the location is opened until 6:00pm on Saturdays on Google, the store’s website, on the phone prompt, and on the store signage itself. I have the main event all day tomorrow at the racetrack, and relied on Sports Clips service. I was completely let down and disappointed by this appalling act of non-service. If there was in fact some type of emergency, a phone call would have been appreciated. Thanks for wasting my time, and money Sport Clips. Now that I see how lowly you value your patrons.
