What is the point of online check in if they do not honor the time provided. And the “owner” comments on every bad review with the same “come back and let us fix it” but they obviously never fix it. This place is garbage and the workers are not friendly.

Checked in online for a cut with Linda. Wait time said 30 mins. I arrived with 10 to spare. Two people checked out at the same time and my remaining time said 2 mins. Then when the two people checking out left it changed to 30mins with no explanation from any of the staff. Nice waste of a lunch hour. Did Linda go to lunch? Did Linda leave early? Was Linda not in today? Was nobody else available to offer to cut hair? I’ll never know since nobody mentioned anything to me. On a positive note, Linda does a good job at cutting hair from what I could tell from my previous visit. Will I be going back? Probably not.
