Son enjoyed having Kara cut his hair. He is not very talkative when it comes to explaining what he wants but she got it figured out! She also hooked him up by updating his information so when he comes in next time, she already knows how to cut it! Great place and excellent staff! 1st time taking my teen son there and will definitely be back!

Got there a little past 10:00. Two customers. Two ladies running the shop. Signed in for first available. Waited an hour as others came in. I highly recommend this shop. Tye takes great care of my son and I. Was expecting a regular haircut experience, but my expectations were exceeded. Do yourself a favor and see Tye. I’m sure the other ladies are good, but she has earned a regular customer because she is great at what she does.

Sat and waited for a hour and was never helped! People kept coming in and helped, I was never even addressed! Will not be returning and most likely will never be coming back to a sports clips again. Unfortunate because I was always a supporter and loved sports clips in other counties, totally different view of the place just off of one visit today! Stylist could have made a nice tip off of me as well!

I was able to reserve my appointment through the app, but something seemed off about it. When I got there, they couldn’t find my appointment but saw my reservation through the app and asked me to wait. Expecting to wait the full 30 minutes for a haircut, they called my name right away and Kym took great care of me!

This is my 2nd time getting a haircut here. 1st time was great! However yesterday, I had a haircut with Jen i thought it was fine, but then once i had a shower, i noticed the back of my neck was hurting and when i took a picture on my phone(attached) i had a huge cut! I did feel some pain while she was trimming but i thought it was normal, but today its been hurting and there’s a huge mark now. Either her blade is broken and needs to be changed or she needs to lay back and not press so hard! I have never experienced such dissatisfaction from a haircut before.
