so first off, for some reason, the manager likes to talk down on people that don’t work there, and they fire people very quickly! If you are going to sit there and say “I didn’t hire ————— because she’s pregnant” then you should really get fired! Also firing a friend of mine after a day of working is pathetic, learn to be nicer human beings :))

Worst haircut I’ve ever had! Wait wasn’t long , but stylist was rough, and zero personality. No styling gel when I left and was charged 21 dollars when the basic of all basic was 18. Upon leaving my Hair looked better when I rolled out of bed this am. A place like this relies solely on what the clients last hairstyle was, and then simply read if from a profile. If the 21 dollar is the cheapest hair cut , take down the 18 dollar price hanging out front, either was I received a two dollar trim , with dull shears. The stylist did received a 5 dollar tip from me even though her social skills are about .50, I do understand gas prices are high. I hope they improve

Went in with my son and they ask if we had an appointment, which we didn’t. We were told there was a four hour wait, but maybe able to take one of us sooner. We sat down. There were three stylist in the place. Two giving cuts and one at the register. No one else was waiting. All three girls we’re having a conversation, which appear to distract them from cutting the people that were in the chair, which appear to me that was slowing them down. We wait for about 10 minutes when one of the girls got done with her customer and called on my son. While I was waiting four people came in and inquired about getting a haircut and none of them had an appointment and were told there was a four wait and they left. During this time no one with an appointment came into the place. One gentleman asked if he could make an appointment and they told him they were booked for the day. He then ask if he could make if for tomorrow and was told he would have to do it online. How do you make money when you turn away four customers, when no one with an appointment is in the store, came in within 30 minutes or you can’t help a customer make an appointment? Poor Management

I’ve been coming to this Sports Clips for several years. My preferred stylist is Jess and she does a superb job cutting and styling my hair. She’s very friendly and even though I’m only in there every 2-3 months (because that’s how long I go between cuts) she still remembers enough details about my personal life to carry on a conversation. I definitely plan to continue coming to this location and will request Jess as long as she’s available.
