I walked in around 5:30pm and added myself to their check-in system. I opted to wait outside in my car because its more comfortable and the system is set to send text notifications when it’s my turn. 7pm passes and no text. I walked inside and they informed me they had closed. I have my suspicions as to why I didn’t receive a text. My name was coming up close to punch out time but you simply can’t treat your customers this way. I waited for more than an hour. Sorry doesn’t cut it.
