Well not surprised by wait time but I had to listen for an hour wait to a hair stylist complaining about customers, how they all wait till the end like it’s happy hour. I understand complaints about customers. But very unprofessional to complain in their face while they are there. To be honest I’m still waiting but I’m paranoid of getting the complainer. Honesty I’ve been here before and the attitude this woman is giving off makes me not want to return before getting the haircut.

I used to exclusively go to Sport Clips and then got three horrible haircuts in a row. I went a couple of years without visiting one and was in a pinch and decided to drop in. Big mistake on my part. If you get a decent haircut the mvp experience is worth it. The stylist who cut my hair cut it lop sided and uneven. My hair cut is not complicated: skin razor fade 3/4 way up blended in and finger length on top. She managed to mess it up. Top five worst haircuts I’ve had. This review reflects my experience and depending on the stylist you MAY get a better cut there. I will not be returning.

I used to be a loyal customer of Great clips in Hamilton until they went out of business. I’ve been coming to this Sports Clips location for 1-2 years. It’s nice they are located next to UNOs. I like this location. Sid does a great job with my sons haircut (also with mine). Bella also does a great job on both my sons haircuts and mine. (Full disclosure- I have a lot less hair than my sons, but regardless we look good coming out. The stylist do talk, which is nice. I imagine it’s hard while waiting, but it does make it less of an assembly line. Nice place. Good haircuts. Price is more than Great clips, but still okay. We’ll keep coming back,

So I went in for a specificly easy haircut. It was just supposed to be a medium to low skin fade, and 2 inches off the top. I even had a picture to reference. Unfortunately that’s not what I got. The lady gave me some weird uneven high and tight, and left most of the top anyways. When I called to request a refund and makeva complaint about the haircut, I got laughed at. When I told the lady how unfunny this situation is, she continued to laugh even more and told me that she didn’t know what she could do.. the call was super unprofessional. I got my refund, but im stuck with this horrendous haircut until it grows back.
