Both hair stylist in there when i went in was great. They seem passionate about what they do and even though they were busy, they were not trying to rush my haircut to get to next customer. I had my dad who has dementia with me and they were patient with him and helped him sit right next to me after his cut. I also take my kids to them once in a while and they are great with kids haircut as well.

Really wish I could give zero stars. Came in this morning for a haircut and was immediately sat but that’s when the nice experience ended. My hair was cut by the Asst Manager according to the sign in kiosk and all I wanted was a #3 buzz all over. Pretty rude and acted like the store was on fire when I was the only one in there. So, I got the haircut but that’s about it. Missed a ton of hair around the ears, didn’t blow dry or wipe off the excess hair from anywhere (I could see my reflection and I was covered on my face), didn’t ask if I wanted anything else or show me the back. I will go back to the Buford location if that is the type of BS that location is. It was like she took the instructions of #3 all over and nothing more or less. Maybe it’s time for a new career

The manager who works between Hamilton Mill and Buford shop is terrific. She knows how to cut hair for my college student. He has a cowlic and curly hair. He also has dry scalp very bad. She stated keeping it short keeps it from dryer scalp. She was 100% correct. You cant even see the dry scalp anymore. Best hair cut he has ever had. She knows her stuff. Her detail and quality is superb.

Terrible staff. Only one person here cares about this place or there job. It was the manager on duty my first time here. Since than I have been back twice. Both times I was quoted over an hour to wait. I came by over 1 hour later and both times still a 30min plus wait and a rude attitude from the “assistant manager” amber. If your only response is the wait time is based on how fast I move and I’m moving slow today than you should go back to bed.
