The system in which they cut hair is very unpredictable, you aren’t allowed to make an appointment so it’s by chance and opportunity. No predictable way of knowing if You’ll be able to be seen. We showed and waited over an hour and a half and the wait time I was given was 45 min. The haircuts took 10x longer because the women talks with her hands when making convo with customers and stops every 2 seconds to go into big stories. It’s always nice to make Convo with a customer but to stop cutting every 2 seconds for a 5 minute conversation piece is hard to watch when you’ve been waiting forever which could of been avoided if you where allowed to make appointments. The cut was good but I won’t come back .

After the women started cutting my hair she said she really only cuts men’s hair and sports clips really is more men. Well that would have been something to tell me before she started cutting. I asked her to under cut the back she said she didn’t know what that was. She wanted to shave the underside of my head I stopped her. In the end she cut the back of my head shorter than the front. i wanted to make this review to highlight how lovely one of the women working was to me after i expressed i’d miss my bus if i had to wait too long. i didn’t have a jacket and it’s cold. I hadn’t put in my name online so I waited a little bit longer than I thought I would have to, but once it was my turn she cleaned me up quick, was very kind and spoke with me about my new local status, and then charged me a very fair price for my undercut. I didn’t catch her name (but i DID catch my bus) if a manager or store owner is reading this: her chair is behind the register! i will be coming back 🙂
