If I could leave a 0 review, I would. My husband had his tail cut off after having kept it for over 30 years because the stylist misunderstood how short he wanted it in back UNDER the tail!!!!! Without asking him, she undid the braid and cut it all off. I jumped up when I saw her starting to cut and told her no but she said “I don’t know him so I was cutting it short like he said to and did not know not to cut the tail.” Don’t you think she should have asked if he wanted the tail cut, just as EVERY other stylist has asked any other time he has gotten a haircut. If you want to go to a place that will not listen to you and will give you a wrong haircut, this is it. If not, find a more reputable place. My husband is in great distress and is emotionally scared.

Waited with my 9 year old for an hour to have several people come in and be seen before because of the online check in. Fine, I get it. He was getting frustrated (9 year old autistic) and the lady called him, he jumped up then she asked another guy what his name was, he just walked in, and she took him. We walked out. I started coming here when I moved to the area a year ago. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the service has gone so far down hill. I can barely make it here in the last few months because of the wait time and I just left after being on the wait list for 2 hours and sitting for a hour after receiving the 15 min warning on my phone. I’m done with this place.
