Drive up from Franklin for a haircut. I always see the same stylist. The stylist was originally scheduled at 12:00 p.m. Then I went online with the app and seen that she was not coming in till 1:00 p.m. I came in at 1:00 p.m. to check in under Her name, was told that they changed her schedule back an extra hour because they were not that busy. I don’t understand the reason for checking in to your favorite stylist on your app if you keep changing their schedules. That’s not customer service, customer should not have to change their schedule because management decides that they didn’t want to pay somebody an extra hour. Poor customer service, poor management!

Usually I get a good haircut experience at this place however, I had an appointment today(FA) and the stylist seemed a little rash to me. I don’t know if she was stressed out or something but because of that, I ended up not having a good experience. It ruined what was a perfectly fine day for me. The service was rushed and a bit unprofessional. Although my hair came out to be fine, but after the haircut the lady didn’t bother to clean the hair off of my face. Had to use their bathroom to clean my face before leaving lol. I’ve decided not to mention the name of the stylist.

The app lets you choose your stylist or take the first available. Danielle always does a fantastic job on my hair.
