The stylist with short curly hair was very rude and unprofessional and should not work with children customers EVER… I asked if she was able to fix my child’s hair and she said “it’s supposed to be blended”…..when in reality it’s just really choppy and horribly cut. After signing in and waiting, I expected to do, seeing as how it was Saturday, no problem there, two guys walked in, did not sign in online, did not sign in when they entered, they walked up to a young stylist which black curly hair, which they both knew, given away by the basis of the first name, and the fact shed said, “ill sign y’all in.” which she did, and took my wait time from 9 mins to 20 mins. I know one customer doesn’t matter when you’re the only Sports Clips in town, but I will not be back. I don’t mind waiting. It’s part of it, but don’t push other customers to the back of the line because your friends walk in “unannounced.”

The online line reservation system is super simple to work. Which I would suggest making an appointment. Or yoh might have to wait a bit. However, I had virtually no wait and the lady that cut my hair was super friendly and professional. The other workers were equally as nice and overall I felt very welcomed. The haircut it’s self was really good and the lady knew what I wanted without me know the correct why to explain it. Most certainly will be back and would recommend it to anyone who needed a haircut.
