I won’t be back! Not to the Friendly Center Greensboro, NC location. Received nothing but attitude. She cut off twice what I asked. Evidently she doesn’t know a basic unit of measurement. I specifically said “maybe half an inch” not anything that eluded to more. My hair was left too short to style it as I do, but she also never asked me that either. Argued with me when I said too much was taken off. Didn’t even get me to the sink correctly. The arch of the sink was halfway up the back of my head, so only the top of my head was washed. Didn’t style it as I asked, and couldn’t get me out of the door quick enough. I’ve been using Sports Clips all over NC for 10 years, and I’ve had bad haircuts before. This was another level. I’m a veteran. I showed her my ID before she even began to ring me up, and reacted annoyed and inconvenienced by me doing so.

I know I shouldn’t have to say this… but if your hair is african american then don’t go here, but I was in a rush and I needed a quick cut. This wasn’t worth even $5 let alone the $20 I paid because I was being nice. Too keep it short the cut was so wack I went to walmart and got me a pair of $30 clippers and cut my own hair (for my first time) and did so much better. Dont go here or any sport clips. This was literally my fault i knew what I was walking into and I was still disappointed

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had getting my haircut. First off, I walked in looking busted AF …i walked out looking like a model…or at least i felt like it.. Elizabeth, knocked it out of the park…from start to finish the experience was on point. I left highly impressed and would definitely recommend to anyone. Im sure any of the girls would have done a great job

I wish I could give her 0 star. I booked my hair cut with Eva and waited for 100 minutes. When I got to the studio, Eva refused to cut my hair saying “I have never cut your hair before and I am too bizy today and can’t accomodate everyone” that is outright very disrespectful, unprofessional and rude. If you don’t want to take new customers then please state exactly that on your website or block new customers from booking a specific stylist, its that simple instead of insulting your clients like that. I am not sure why someone would come to this location. Please be ware of the rude people at this location.
