The stylist refused help with check in. I am visually impaired and not technology savy and was told i must check in online and the stylist refused to help me. Saying i should know how so in meantime 6 ppl came in infront of me. The entire time both stylist talking nasty about me. I have 4 witnesses who saw this and we will be going to oir lawyer

Took my almost 2 year old to get a haircut. First of all the hairstylist did not introduce herself, never talked to my kids to make him feel comfortable. Did a terrible job cutting his hair (left him with straight bangs) and when I got home I realized she axtually nicked his ear with the blade. I understand accidents happen but she did not let me know about it (when my son cried during the appt I just thought he was afraid of the noise, did not realize she actually cut him).

I’ve been to this location 3 times, and will not being going back. My first experience I waited an hour with no one in the lobby ahead of me, to then be taken back and sit waiting for another 15 minutes while my haircutter talked on the phone. Then the entire staff decided to go out back to look at puppies and left me sitting in the chair alone. Their hours say 9am however they don’t actually start cutting hair until close to 10 so don’t bother showing up early.

Dangerous ish
Service was mighty expensive for how rushed the process was. My stylist tried to deal with a cowlick on the back of my head by shaving it down, but it’s so high up that she made a huge short circle of hair behind my longer hair. I also left covered in hair clippings because she barely blew any of it off. It was the worst experience I’ve had so far at a hair salon, I don’t think I’ll ever trust them enough to come back.

Usually a long wait at peak times, but it’s easy to check-in online so you know exactly when to show up. It took a few visits before my husband found the right stylist, but now he usually leaves happy. Like Hooters for hair lol ♀️
