A gal cut my hair today and asked if I wanted to have a shampoo and the works and even though I said no, she charged me the MVP. I gave her a tip because I liked the haircut but at the same time I thought even the base price was a bit high. I go online to see that each location can change their prices a bit but I see that the average MVP is 24-26 bucks… she charged me 30. All I got was a super fast haircut….. Not very happy about that and I am going to make sure of the pricing before I come back.

We made a haircut appointment online. Despite being regular SportsClips customers, this was different location. We were visiting from out of town and my teenage son had been planning on this haircut for weeks. When we arrived 5 minutes prior to the designated time, one stylist was upset the system allowed us to book so close to their closing time. She ranted loudly several times for the next 30 minutes with 4 customers present. She made my teenage son feel so uncomfortable that he was going to get a bad haircut (because she obviously didn’t want to be there) that he was literally begging me to leave.

Staff was amazing! I went here for my first post-quarantine haircut in June. It was clear that the staff had all been trained for their safety and ours. I appreciated all of the measures they have taken to keep everyone healthy in our community, even sanitizing their stylus pens between use at check out. My haircut itself was great. Not many people can cut short hair for women and get it right. Getting a haircut with my mask on was not a big deal, and my stylist was able to cut around my ears just at the end while we took my earloops off, while keeping my mask on. Thankful for their diligence and service/availability and being open.

I love this place. I haven’t had the same stylist twice but have never received a bad haircut. My kids go here as well and absolutely love it. They refuse to go anywhere else. Wait times usually aren’t that bad especially if you go earlier in the day. Check in is fairly quick and straightforward. Treat yourself and opt for the MVP service.

She gave him a 10$ off coupon for next time he came in I guess she knew it was a bogus cut but he will not be returning. He would rather cut his own hair at this point than to get another terrible cut like that and pay for it. Honestly, he should be refunded for it because there was no way to even fix it which is why he shaved it off. I called to speak to management and was told to call back in a rude manner.
