If you are looking for a new barber/stylist… look no further. Amanda is a complete rockstar and a gem of a human being. She has been doing this a long time and has built up quite the client base(you can see this clearly by her insanely large wait times) but it is well worth the wait. She takes your ideas and makes them real, while also letting you know her professional opinion in the most respectable manner. Not enough good words I could say for her… but one more… hands of an angel (get the mvp)… best scalp massage this side of the Mississippi. The other girls at this location follow her lead and do an amazing job as well! Love this place. Customer for life right here!

Went to get me hair cut here and had Nicki . My hair was 3/4 basicly down to the bottom of my back and asked for a inner shave of sides so hair would hang over !!! I told her to cut the dead ends off and that was about 3 inches !!! I left with shoulder length hair after all was said and done and the worst haircut of my life !!! My only choice was to shave my head !!! Do not let this lady any where near your your head !!! I wish I would have read the reviews on this place because I saw the same thing happen to another guy from her !!! She must do it intentional !!! Post off customer !!!

My husband got his haircut here by Nikki and she was rushing through the entire time.. she asked him how he liked the length on top and he said he liked it then she continued cutting. It was like she got scissor happy and wouldn’t stop. While she was wiping the hair off of his face for him he said she was VERY rough and ended up hitting him in the face because she was trying so hard to hurry through the haircut. This was his worst haircut experience and she might has well have just shaved his head because the top is the same length as the sides.

Sport Clips Glen Ellyn is a high quality facility. It is extremely well managed, always clean, always well stocked. The stylists work extremely hard and are all very talented as well as extremely nice and friendly. They all make the experience very enjoyable. The stylists are always either cutting and styling hair or cleaning their station or the insuring the facility is clean. The place is spotless in both the stylists stations as well as the sinks where you can get a shampoo. Awesome every time. Amanda, the manager is a very talented stylist and is a true professional who takes pride in her craft and always does her very best and always gives great haircut / style and insures you are happy with the service. I always get compliments after getting a haircut from Amanda. The other girls are also very talented too. Everyone leaving after their haircut also looks clean, fresh, and have great cuts. The check in process is very fair and everything goes in order. This is by far the best , most well managed Sport Clips anywhere in the area. The business is vibrant, people are coming in for haircuts all they time, and they leave as very happy, satisfied customers. Amanda and all the stylists are a credit to Sport Clips Glen Ellyn as well as the Sport Clips brand name.

This place is great! As soon as you walk in the entire staff greets you with a hello. The online check in, or the self check in at the store is a great feature. I’ve been going here for years, because the quality is excellent! I’ve consistently had Amanda, the manager, cut my hair, and she is awesome! Always pays attention to all the details, and makes sure that you are happy with your hair cut. The environment is great, especially when sitting in those massage chairs when they wash your hair. Top notch place with top notch management and staff!

I’ve been going to this 5-star location for at least eight years now, and Amanda has been my favorite go-to every time. She’s a professional in everything she does there. I look forward to being greeted by her smile, and catching up with not only her but the other stylists there as well like Jaime. This should truly be the only place you need to go to get the highest quality haircut in the area.
