I have been going to this establishment for a few years and the service is always great. However, today one of their hairstylists went above and beyond. My 4 year old son is terrified of the shears, and she was so patient and kind, that by the end of the haircut he was saying, thank you and it isn’t so scary. NOT FOR KIDS!!! This place is terrible! I took my 2 year old in for a cut. I saw on the website that they do haircuts for toddlers. The woman (I believe her name was Vanessa, blonde hair woman in her 50s) was extremely unprofessional. We walked in and she just looked at us and said “ did you check in?” And I said yes and she said nothing more. We sat and waited about 10 minutes and then we were called. My son is 2 and not the most comfortable with haircuts. As soon as he sat in the seat he started crying a bit. Vanessa said “You’re crying already?! I haven’t even started cutting your hair yet!” She asked what I wanted done and made me go sit in the waiting area. I knew this would make my son uncomfortable. As soon as I stepped out of his sight he started crying. She took two snips of his hair and said very rudely “I’m not going to do a haircut on a screaming kid” She then allowed me to come to his side and comfort him. She continued cutting his hair and was visibly annoyed. She kept telling my 2 YEAR OLD “Put your head down!” And she was holding his head very hard. She finished his haircut and it wasn’t even what I had asked for. She should not work with children if she has absolutely no patience for them. After getting home I realized he had a snip cut behind his ear! No wonder why he was crying!! I should have believed the bad reviews that I had read before going here. NEVER AGAIN!!

Showed a pic of what I wanted, I felt the stylist just did what she wanted. I wanted a 0 to 2 temper fade and was just given a 2 clip fade around my whole head, asked for a little off the top and she didn’t listen. Used her fingers to do straight cuts. I normally have a great experience here and love the girls that have cut my hair before but wouldn’t recommend Linda as a stylist for fades or to cut younger mens hair, she’s probably great with older people

Took my 13yr old son to get a haircut. When it was finally his turn she let out a very dramatic sigh and asked him what he wanted, he explained it to her even using his hands to show exactly what it was he wanted (2 fade up to the length that was already there and half half inch off the top) With that, she began cutting. Half way through she told him the hair cut was too difficult and immediately started cutting all his hair extremely short. He ended up with a buzz cut on the sides and way more off that top than he had asked for which was not only super short but insanely uneven, the front was slanted with one side being longer than the other and more towards the back was way shorter than the front. All of which he was very upset about. When I paid i laid out $40 and she took it all and gave me nothing back assuming it was a tip. I just walked out of the store. (Stylist was an older woman with blonde hair)

The staff are lovely, honest people. Went here for a fix-up after a different place ruined my hair. The stylist was very realistic with what she could and could not do for me, which I appreciated. It is sports themed, but you do not need to be into sports to enjoy a quality haircut. The “scoreboard” in the waiting area with estimated wait times on it might lead you to believe that they’re just trying to get you out quickly, but these stylists always do a great job.
