Had been coming here on and off for several years. I will no longer be a customer of this location or any other. I checked in online. Waited 34 mins in my truck then I got a text that said your stylist will be ready soon so I walked in the store to have a seat. My stylist greeted me and told me to check the board and make sure my name was there and it was. So I had a seat and waited. My stylist finished the customer in front of me then said they would be taking a walk in a head of me and I would have to wait again. I made time specifically for this and followed their instructions. now I don’t have the time to wait again on top of the time I already waited. To avoid issues like this I just won’t be a customer any longer.

This used to be a great place to stop and get a haircut. However the last two years or so has really seen them cut back on staff, and the wait times have increased to absurd levels. The last two times I’ve attempted to get my haircut here I’ve had to wait over an hour each time, in this time I just decided it wasn’t worth the wait and walked out. Hopefully management at this location will decide to correct their course and adequately staff their store

I wish I could give zero stars. That experience doesn’t even deserve 1. We checked in at 4:24 and paid at 7:07. We walked in with one gentleman man in the chair and two in the waiting area. Then after we had waited an hour and a half, a new customer walked in and they were taken care of before my son and I. It took so long, that they closed and I didn’t even get my hair cut. She never apologized or even appear to feel bad about wasting our afternoon! Worst sports clip experience ever!! Don’t go here. Several people came in and walked out. One lady came in. Said she had check in online an hour and half prior and when showed up, she was going to have to wait at least another hour. Terrible!!!!!!
