87 minute wait on a Monday @10ish. I get there 5 minutes before I’m supposed to be there and then wait for another 40 minutes and then had to ask them to change it to first available so I could get a ten minute haircut. Still tipped and didn’t complain but this has happened twice now. Do better or change your business model.

Kera did an amazing job! She cut our sons hair for his first ever haircut! He is only 1 1/2 years old and she was so patient with him. Our son is a cancer survivor (which we did not share with her) and gets very nervous when he has to be held in an unfamiliar place by either his father or I. I had not cut my hair for over two years due to basically being housebound during the Covid pandemic. Slowly trying to re-enter the world mean freshening up on the hair, so I looked around for a place that did men.s hair specifically. I found a Sport Clip here in Gastonia, NC, and read a number of reviews on the personnel. There were a lot of very good to excellent reviews in general, but I ran into several regarding Sam (female) in particular. So I took in about a dozen photos that showed my style with braid in back and bangs in front, we talked, and I sat nervously as she began. Every step of the way she checked with me to see if That was what I had in mind, and she was always right on the mark. She provided an excellent cut, I have my old braid in back, bangs in front look and I’m very pleased. So kudos and kudos to Sport Clips in Gastonia and Sam (the MVP Specialist). When I’m ready for a trim to neaten up, I know where I’m going!

First time ever going to sports clips and will most certainly be the last. Asked for a mid skin fade with a little off top. Received different fades on each side with both being uneven and not faded properly. Associate seemed to be more focused on her Apple Watch rather than making sure both sides were even.
