My son has had terrible experiences in the past with getting his haircut by other stylists. But not Tristan she listens to what you want and makes it happen. Her fade is fire.

Let me start by saying the stylists are typically good. The reservation system is absolute garbage. I booked an appointment today, got told I was next on deck or whatever, drive there to find they had placed someone ahead of me and I now have an additional 45 minute wait. Here’s the cherry on top- I’m a disabled veteran with severe anxiety when driving in the rain with a storm coming in. I could easily be stranded for hours if it begins raining before I leave. I’m really glad I got to wait 2 people’s turns so that the person who had no appointment didn’t have to wait at all. I will NEVER return to a sports clips. And lastly, every other time I’m told I have 28 minutes to get there, within 5 I get a text saying how since I wasn’t there yet they saw the next person. 3 minutes into my 28 minute wait. Then since I lost my spot, I get a new longer wait time. Absolute garbage. I’ll never spend another penny at a sports clips and neither will anyone in my family. Oh and truthfully, store owners check receipts if you have them filed and don’t believe me. I almost always tip as much or more than the price of my haircut. I spent 20, I tip about 20. Better service, higher tip. I’ll be taking those tips to Hair Cuttery.

He is such an awesome boy and he so enjoyed the back massage, hot face towel, and head massage. He walked out of there talking about how it was the “best haircut experience of my life!”. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueBeen going here for near two years without issues. Mostly always provide great service and the atmosphere is great and I get a chance to relax. Normally when I walk in I have a pictures on hand to show the stylist as well as explain what I’d like. Today how ever the stylist didn’t even acknowledge what I wanted and when she saw the picture was like ok and just started cutting. It was extremely rushed, it is a military fade so not one of the hardest haircuts out there. The line on the side of the head is uneven and not even straight, told her n to cut the top of the head and leave the bulk near the top. Proceeds to take it down to nothing and almost leaves me with a Mohawk, if I hadn’t jumped out of the chair and stop the haircut I am pretty sure I would have a Mohawk right now. Good luck trying to talk to a manger and to pay 24 dollars for a rushed Botched haircut is out of this world.Service: HaircutBeen going here for near two years without issues.
