Extremely Unprofessional Mangament , was extremely rude , disrespectful , bias && also looks like she got her Cosmo License in Prison ( not judgemental but she acted worse than an imate ) she didnt want to do a cut ( her job) and refused to give me any upper ups information to complain. we went to great clips for my special needs son after dealing with the cops & unprofessoinal treatment. we were there until 5 – 5:30 when it all reality we would have been done way before that if she just would of conducted herself like a professional instead of acting worse than some Imates she started a whole bunch of drama just to avoid doing a job she filled out for ! I got tresspassed but we will NEVER be back ! she was so disrespectful not professional , she refused give a name to identify with her boss but signed the no tresspass order so I have it anyway & have already called and begin getting in touch with management , IM GLAD that we will not be going back & highly suggest Luna at great clips for the great treatment with my child! I hope sports clips goes out of business & I will be going viral with my story . Treat others how yu want to be treated next time. People with disabled clients & low income clients matter as well !

I signed in at 10:05 and when I walked in it said I had a 20 min wait then a hour and half later I got serviced with 4 people coming in after me getting serviced before me. He always gets saintly bald fade and the last two times he has had more then one person cutting his hair because the employees state they do not know how to do it and only one girl does.
