The stylists were combative??!! I explained that the last cut I had involved thinning shears. She went on this bizarre rant about how awful that is and she wouldn’t use them & another stylist should cut my hair. The other awkward combative stylist I got passed on to was equally awful.. no warm towel (but charged $27), mediocre hair cut (bad knicks in the back) & an all around awful experience!

Critical: ProfessionalismWe have used Sports Clips at the Waterworks to cut our 11 year old sons hair. We have been satisfied with past cuts and service. Today we walked in hoping to get my son a hair cut but instead left the premises annoyed at the unprofessionalism and bad customer service from the lady taking in customers. First, after giving our name, pronouncing it and spelling it several times she could not find his name. Next, with an attitude all along decided she would enter him as a new customer. Finally, with yet more attitude said that since she doesn’t have notes of how he gets his hair cut she doesn’t know how to cut it and made it seem as she would be cutting blindly and shrugged her shoulders as if to say if you don’t like it it’s not on her. She was very unprofessional, unfriendly and plain rude. At this point I told her to forget about it and We left.
