I use to love coming here but recently a lot of the hairstylist I use to go there aren’t there anymore. These new ladies aren’t the best at cutting hair either. I went twice and asked for a medium fade on the sides and I don’t get that. This ladies can’t do fades and it’s frustrating. Haircut

This has happened numerous times. Business hours at 9:00 – 4:00 on Sundays. I arrive 5 till 9:00 and wait outside. Two employees are parked in their car in the parking lot. They wait until 9:05 before letting the several people waiting to get in that the person with the keys to open up is running late but they’re on their way. 5 minutes later they show up with a complete lack of urgency (they still had time to stop and get a coffee though). They then state they thought they opened at 10:00 (I’m sorry but do you not work at this place to know the business hours?). Then tells us it will be at least 20 minutes before they’re ready to open. I deal with the mediocre haircut I receive 80% of the time because of the convenience of being able to get a haircut in 30ish minutes if I’m there when they open. That’s been ruined 3 out of the last 5 times I’ve been there. Think it’s time to stop giving this business my money.

Horrible customer service. I had an appointment and still havent been attended 50 minutes later. I said this would be my last time coming here due to a horrible experience i had last time. My son had a haircut and looked like it was done by a ten year old. I DO NOT recommend this place. They dont attend people.

Nice place! Just slightly too expensive for me but not crazy expensive. I used to pay $20 at the barber and they gave more services that I liked. But if you care for what they have here than you might appreciate this place better. The hot towels and massages are great. So you might like this more. Just the price for me. Other than that, I’ll be back.
